LaDarren's hometown is Shreveport, Louisiana but he now resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

He is a personal trainer in Fayetteville, Georgia & Atlanta surrounding areas, where he trains local residents ranging from kids to professional athletes such as NBA Players Litterial Green and Doug Edwards, NFL Player Carl Pickens and Rap Artist Malone. Tyler has been training for the past thirteen years; he is certified in Fitness and Nutrition. Clients train with Tyler for different reasons which include overall health, weight loss/weight gain, firm and tone their bodies, stress relief, fitness conditioning and fitness rehabilitation. If you have a GOAL, Tyler is the Trainer for You. Your GOAL is his GOAL and together Tyler can get you there!

Tyler believes you are never to young or old to get in shape and start living a healthy life.
